We’re seeking a Sales Operations & Strategy Lead to oversee our end-to-end sales and revenue processes. This role offers the opportunity to help scale a venture-backed startup with a killer product, and a growing market opportunity with a phenomenal team.
In this role you will:
- Own sales & revenue process and systems from lead to close to expansion
- Drive forecasting, capacity planning, and quota setting
- Manage reporting and analytics to support GTM decisions
- Improve cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Strategy, or related field
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
