We’re looking for a Sales Operations & Strategy Lead to join our growing GTM Team at DealHub.
In this role — you’ll shape the sales engine to ensure processes, reporting, compensation, and tooling are optimized for growth and scale across our team. You’ll work with Sales, RevOps leadership, and Customer Success partners to evaluate GTM data, increase productivity, and formulate scalable processes.
- Implement strategic roadmap and optimize sales performance through goal setting, capacity plans, sales funnel reporting, and MM/QBR insights
- Work with CRO and leadership to plan strategy and provide visibility into all aspects of organizational performance
- Optimize the tech stack, data structure, and workflows of the DealHub sales org, prioritizing efficiency and automation
- Build sales performance dashboards and ongoing reporting to track performance across sales team KPIs
- Evaluate data across funnel and lifecycle to identify opportunities to improve pipeline velocity and conversion
- Lead modeling and quota planning, including capacity planning and forecasting based on market growth, ramp, and productivity assumptions
- Drive the success of incentive compensation plans modeling policies performed by Finance
- Manage sales KPIs for the CRO and implement a comprehensive and actionable insights system
- Develop recommendations and build consensus on key strategic initiatives including segmentation, territory planning, and pipeline diagnostics, among others
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales operations/strategy at a SaaS company
- 2+ years experience working with global Sales leaders focused on pipeline, forecasting, performance, and growth
- 2+ years experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Product)
- Track record of owning dashboards, tools, and KPIs for enterprise-level Sales org
- Experience implementing a new data model and rebuilding dashboards/KPIs from the ground up, including testing and verifying data
- Expert in Salesforce and BI tools, with ability to independently diagnose and resolve errors
