As a Sales Sourcer/Recruiter, you will partner with leadership and hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent for sales and go-to-market roles, with a focus on building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a seamless recruiting experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, ideally supporting sales, GTM, or non-technical roles.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present recruiting insights and updates.
