My client is a software company that provides Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions to the life sciences industry. Their software helps pharmaceutical and medical device companies improve their sales and marketing operations.
You will look after 3-4 Global Accounts and 4-5 Enterprise accounts with significant greenfield space within those accounts, with the aim of wining new business within those accounts.
They are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to come in and work with a team of 5 AE’s and be responsible for a couple of very large accounts with significant greenfield space.
The Role:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and develop customized solutions to meet client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of their solutions
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years stint of achieving target at one company offering a SaaS solution.
- Experience selling into the Commercial side of Pharma
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on complex software solutions
- Experience selling into the life sciences industry strongly preferred otherwise business software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel as needed
For the right candidate, the base salary range is $130-150K + double OTE + Equity.
