Sally Beauty is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and a strong customer service background. Sally Beauty will provide training and education on their products, and the Sales Associate will be responsible for building relationships, recommending products, and maintaining a professional store environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
- Can read and explain product labels
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
