LP Systems and Data Analyst

The Loss Prevention Systems and Data Analyst supports the Loss Prevention organization through data, systems, and analytics. This role transforms complex data into actionable insights that support strategy, enable field execution, and drive measurable reductions in inventory shrink and operational losses across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Criminal Justice, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in retail loss prevention analytics, shrink analysis, inventory accuracy, or other data-driven retail or operations roles
• Experience with Exception-Based Reporting, Case Management systems, and CCTV platforms preferred
• Experience with Agilence and Jira is a plus
