Sales Operations Manager – Digital Experience

Join one of the world’s most iconic technology brands and play a key role in strategy, insights, planning, and operational excellence across the ANZ Digital Experience business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart, ambitious Sales Operations professional ready to step up, gain global exposure, and grow into future commercial or operations leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales leadership on insights, GTM strategy and growth opportunities.
  • Support annual & quarterly planning cycles.
  • Assist with business reviews, forecasting & pipeline management (Salesforce data quality).
  • Analyse performance and provide clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Support quota setting & drive operational excellence across the sales team.
  • Champion new ways of working and support global collaboration.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in Sales Ops, Biz Ops, Analytics, Finance, or similar (must have experience supporting Sales teams).
  • Strong communicator who can partner confidently with stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel; SQL or Power BI a plus.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, proactive, analytical and motivated to grow.
