Sales Operations Manager – Digital Experience

This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart, ambitious Sales Operations professional ready to step up, gain global exposure, and grow into future commercial or operations leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales leadership on insights, GTM strategy and growth opportunities.
- Support annual & quarterly planning cycles.
- Assist with business reviews, forecasting & pipeline management (Salesforce data quality).
- Analyse performance and provide clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Support quota setting & drive operational excellence across the sales team.
- Champion new ways of working and support global collaboration.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- 2–5 years’ experience in Sales Ops, Biz Ops, Analytics, Finance, or similar (must have experience supporting Sales teams).
- Strong communicator who can partner confidently with stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel; SQL or Power BI a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious, proactive, analytical and motivated to grow.
