What You’ll Do:

SambaSafety is seeking a passionate practitioner and strategic Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to join our team. This leadership role is vital to our organization, ensuring the seamless integration and alignment of all revenue-generating operations across our company, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience. This position is instrumental in improving operational efficiency, driving revenue growth and enhancing the customer experience by providing strategic insights and solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, experienced leader who moves easily from strategic & conceptual views to tactical & operational matters. We understand that the role will be demanding, and the ideal candidate will need to navigate through our existing processes and structure that are sometimes more about bureaucracy than efficiency – but that is where the best RevOps leaders thrive and make impact!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Play a crucial role in shaping and guiding the overall revenue strategy of the company by leveraging benchmarking insight and scientific revenue practices that focus on cross functional aspects of process, technology, enablement, skills, and teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Legal, Customer Experience, Finance, and Global Information Services teams to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless communication and integration across all departments.
  • Data Analysis & Insight: Define and analyze key metrics and performance indicators to provide insights and make recommendations for optimizing revenue-generating operations.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve sales and operational processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and revenue.
  • Technology Management: Oversee the implementation and management of tools and technologies used across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure optimize utilization and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Develop, refine and manage accurate revenue forecasting models in collaboration with FP&A team while monitoring all key performance metrics for the revenue team.
  • Training & Enablement: Develop training, learning hubs and enablement to train our field sales, partners and CSMs on the latest processes, technologies or help prepare them to sell and support new products entering the market.
  • Team Development & Management: Hire, train and manage a high-performing RevOps team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Performance Measurement and KPI Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and revenue operations, establish benchmarks for success, and regularly monitor and report on performance against goals. Enforce and monitor data hygiene across customer journeys and platforms.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related role in a fast paced, high growth environment.
  • 5+ years of revenue generating experience and working hands-on with customers.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
  • Experience working directly with FP&A in a forecasting environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency through process optimization, data analysis, and technology implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to operational details.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Compensation:

Salary range: $165,000-$185,000. Inclusion in Corporate Bonus Program at 15%.

Location:

Our corporate HQ in Denver, Colorado is highly preferred
