What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead the Mid Market Sales Engineering organization covering North America
  • Develop and manage an inclusive and high‑performing team
  • Serve as a thought leader and executive sponsor for key accounts
  • Own performance against sales goals and ensure productive cross‑functional partnerships
  • Support technical escalations and improve customer experience through hands‑on testing of sold products

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 4‑year degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of experience managing a technical team, ideally in a sales engineering capacity
  • Proven success in hiring, developing, and retaining leadership talent
  • Experience creating scalable feedback loops for process improvements
  • Ability to manage relationships with external technology partners through complex sales cycles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • BS or MS in an Engineering discipline from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of experience managing a Sales Engineering Team selling cloud‑managed hardware
  • Experience partnering with GTM teams in frontier markets to drive product development
  • Understanding of vehicle diagnostic systems, including CAN bus and PTO applications
  • Hobbyist interest in working with electronic systems (e.g., car audio installation, home automation)
