This role will partner with senior leaders to design roadmaps and create innovative processes, optimizing global sales operations and contributing to the future growth of Samsara. The ideal candidate has experience transforming people, process, and technology to solve complex business problems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales tools management or related roles.
  • Proven success in managing tools for large sales teams (1,200+ users).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and productivity software.
