This role will partner with leadership to build tools and processes, streamline operations, and shape the future of their sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in driving impactful initiatives and collaborating across departments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales tools management or related roles.
- Proven success managing tools for large sales teams (1,200+ users).
- Strong project management skills with experience in implementation and ROI measurement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field; MBA is optional.
