The role involves collaborating with leadership to develop and execute operational strategies, streamline processes, and shape the future roadmap. The ideal candidate will be a strategic bridge between sales leadership and other departments, focusing on customer success and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales tools management or related roles
  • Proven success in managing tools for large sales teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and productivity software
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field; MBA is optional
