Requirements
- 7+ years experience in a technical, customer-facing role
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Exceptional technical literacy with the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and API integrations
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
