Field Sales Engineer – Southern Sweden and Denmark

Role Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Engineer to cover the territory of Southern Sweden and Denmark. This home-based position requires regular travel, including visits to the regional office in the Stockholm area of Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering or a related field and a track record of working in a comparable sales-oriented role.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will grow sales and customer base in the territory, use technical expertise to conduct sales calls, lead product presentations, and manage projects from initial customer lead through to mass production.

This role requires strong relationship building, interpersonal skills, and self-motivation. The candidate will work autonomously, identifying and developing the customer base and project opportunities. Fluency in English and one other Scandinavian language is essential.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering (or similar)
• Business administration or equivalent related technical experience
• Demonstrated track record of working in a comparable sales-oriented role
• Fluency in English and one other Scandinavian language (Swedish / Danish)
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation
• Current and valid driving license
