We’re seeking a GTM Engineer to build automation, tooling, and data infrastructure for our go-to-market engine. The role is equal parts builder and strategist, requiring technical fluency and collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Identify and scope high-impact GTM problems
- Build scalable automation systems using tools like n8n, Claude API, and MCP servers
- Manufacture tools rather than operate them, creating systems that GTM team members can run independently
- Ship tools that people actually use, focusing on enablement, documentation, and adoption
- Think architecturally about GTM data, understanding how information flows between systems and structuring schemas
- Support partner and channel motion by building tooling that accounts for partner-influenced pipeline, deal registration workflows, and co-selling motions
- Experiment relentlessly with new platforms, APIs, and AI-native tools
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders who may not be technical
- Write code in Python or JavaScript, build in workflow automation platforms, integrate APIs, and understand data architecture
