The Vice President, Advisor Growth Marketing is a senior strategic leader responsible for designing, executing, and scaling organic growth programs that drive measurable business outcomes for Sanctuary Wealth’s Partner Firms.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of progressive experience in marketing, growth strategy, or business development within wealth management or financial services
- Proven experience working directly with independent financial advisors, RIAs, or transitioning advisors in a consultative capacity
- Deep understanding of the independent advisory model, including P&L dynamics, client segmentation, and growth levers
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing lead generation platforms and digital marketing programs
- Experience managing and developing direct reports
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), marketing automation tools, and digital analytics
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience within an RIA aggregator, hybrid RIA, broker-dealer, or wealth management platform/TAMP
- Knowledge of marketing compliance within financial services (FINRA, SEC advertising rules)
- Experience across both traditional and digital marketing disciplines
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
