Role Overview
As a Sales Operations Associate, you will support the execution of sales strategies across assigned countries by managing sales processes, contracts, and commercial conditions. You will work closely with internal teams and business partners to identify opportunities to optimize sales performance and maintain strong customer relationships.
What You Will Do
You will assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies, assure business integrity and compliance, coordinate commercial agreements, and establish relationships with key customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate pricing, payment terms, and customer credit assessments.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will bring a university degree in economics or a related field, 1 year of working experience, and good understanding of commercial processes and contract management. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and be fluent in English.
Requirements
- University degree (BSc) in economics, other related discipline or pharmacy
- Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry and in the field of sales
- Good understanding of commercial processes, contract management, and sales operations
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
