Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing operations strategies that support the overall marketing plan.
  • Manage the marketing technology stack, ensuring systems are integrated, operating efficiently, and supporting key marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes, improve lead generation, and optimize customer engagement.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for key performance indicators to monitor and communicate marketing performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with campaign management and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and social media analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
