Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) is seeking an Analyst Business Development & Strategy to support origination and product teams, lead and execute strategic initiatives, and drive the monitoring and control of relevant KPIs. The role involves critical evaluation, review, and challenge of materials, as well as supporting the global businesses in developing and executing the business strategic plan across different geographies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in finance or related roles (1-2 years)
- University degree (most recommended in Economics, Finance or STEAM)
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PPT, VBA, Power BI)
- Programming/Power Bi and other automation tools is a plus
