We are looking for a Customer Experience Advisor based out of Lisburn Branch, working 35 hours per week, on a rota’d basis Monday to Saturday, between 8am & 6pm. As the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, building relationships, and finding solutions to customer queries and servicing.
Requirements
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs
- A real desire to go above-and-beyond for customers
