Requirements
- Completed commercial or natural science education and/or authorization to hold the title of Pharmareferent.
- At least five years of experience in sales for a pharmaceutical company.
- Experience in leading employees and managing and organizing a sales team.
- Ability to lead and develop a team both professionally and personally.
- Excellent communication skills (motivational and goal-oriented).
- Strategic thinking and acting as a basic requirement.
