Requirements

  • Completed commercial or natural science education and/or authorization to hold the title of Pharmareferent.
  • At least five years of experience in sales for a pharmaceutical company.
  • Experience in leading employees and managing and organizing a sales team.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team both professionally and personally.
  • Excellent communication skills (motivational and goal-oriented).
  • Strategic thinking and acting as a basic requirement.
  • Chance-oriented thinking and openness to new ideas.
