SAP is looking for a Cloud ERP Customer Success Manager to act as a trusted advisor to IT and Finance executives, ensuring customers realize measurable business value from SAP ERP solutions. The role will drive adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion across ERP-related use cases while aligning outcomes with customer strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of ERP and Finance business processes
- 10+ years of ERP implementation experience in SAP ECC, S/4HANA OnPremise, S/4HANA Private Cloud, and/or S/4HANA Public Cloud
- 3+ years IT integration experience
- 5+ years Program management experience
- Experience working with enterprise stakeholders (CIO, CFO, Finance VP, VP IT)
- Proven ability to translate complex ERP, Finance and Technology topics into executive-level value discussions
