- Support Sales and Revenue Operations processes across Americas Solution Areas
- Deliver standardized and scalable operational services
- Identify best practices in sales-related information and reporting and help implement them regionally
- Support execution of operational plans and strategic initiatives
- Monitor goals related to scope, quality, budget, and timelines
- Analyze sales and revenue-related data to support business decisions
- Maintain and improve reports, dashboards, and documentation
- Support knowledge management and enablement activities
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and support peers
- Ensure high-quality execution of repetitive operational tasks in line with SLA agreements
- Ensure data accuracy, stewardship, and continuous improvement of processes
