Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within SaaS / enterprise technology
- Proven experience partnering with senior sales leadership in a matrixed organization
- Strong understanding of subscription business models and SaaS metrics (ARR/ACV, churn, Consumed ACV, upsell/cross-sell)
- Deep expertise in CRM platforms and analytics tools, translates data into actionable insights
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Exposure to partner-led GTM models and large deal environments
- Experience working in high-growth, transformation-driven environments
