We’re looking for a Solution Customer Success Manager (S-CSM) for SAP Office of the CFO (oCFO) Finance. As a trusted advisor, you’ll build deep executive relationships and deliver solution area expertise to customer executives. You’ll maximize customer lifetime value, accelerate value delivery, and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills
- Business acumen and deep knowledge of business models, strategies, and processes
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues with customer executives
- Cloud software expertise and experience with cloud software solutions and delivery models
- Domain expertise in Finance and ability to apply risk-mitigation strategies
- SAP solutions knowledge and understanding of SAP oCFO solutions and related business processes
- Technical understanding and some technical knowledge to address customer issues
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Software experience in SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS processes
- Project management skills and ability to drive renewals, expansions, and up-sells
