Account Based Marketing Manager, North America to lead and own Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation initiatives aligned to revenue growth, working closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and relevant partners to drive results.
Requirements
- Own and execute the North America ABM strategy aligned to revenue and sales priorities.
- Develop and manage ABM motions across Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts
- Translate business objectives into clear, scalable ABM programs.
- Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns across: Paid media, SEO / AEO / GEO, Email and marketing automation, Content and digital channels
- Partner with agencies and vendors while retaining accountability for performance, ROI, and outcomes.
- Act as a strategic marketing partner focused on revenue impact, not just activity.
- Own performance reporting and insights across engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Leverage AI tools to improve targeting, personalization, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
- Comfortable operating in a KPI-driven, performance-focused environment
