Sapiens is hiring a Sales Director – Reinsurance to help shape the future of cloud-based insurance technology. This is a rare opportunity for a proven SaaS sales leader to own and grow a high-value reinsurance portfolio, driving new logos and expanding complex, multi-million-pound enterprise deals.
Requirements
- Achieving annual quotas for all products, particularly focused on Reinsurance clients.
- Generating incremental sales within customer base and new logos.
- Undertaking and be accountable for necessary lead generation activities to drive penetration of target organisations.
- Accurately assessing and qualifying opportunities to ensure sales effort and resource is expended effectively.
- Developing and executing the sales strategy.
- Managing key stakeholders within allocated clients through regular review meetings/contact.
- Producing accurate monthly forecasts of pending business to enable sales management to consolidate accurate forecasts.
- Acting as a professional ambassador for Sapiens, communicating company ethos to prospects and customers.
- Attending seminars, exhibitions and trade shows as required.
- Ensuring the processing of effective business in accordance with the company’s Compensation Plan.
- Developing internal relationships to ensure that effective internal communication is achieved and maintained.
