Savvy Wealth is a wealth management company building a digital-first platform to modernize human financial advice. The company is seeking a Manager, Strategic Growth to join its Advisor Growth team, leading a team of remote Strategic Growth Associates in attracting financial advisors and wealth managers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing a team responsible for sales or recruitment quota attainment
• Strong background in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in the Financial Sector or recruiting revenue-producing candidates
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field
