00519 Inside Sales

We are seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers by providing knowledge and training on our products and services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and able to build relationships with customers, recommend products, and maintain a professional store environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
