Job Description: Become a Sally Beauty Advisor and create a memorable shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities include building relationships, recommending products, and maintaining a professional store environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
