Role Overview

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and recommending additional and complimentary products.

What You Will Do

Build relationships, inspire loyalty, recommend products, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, complete transactions, maintain a professional store environment, and communicate inventory issues.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
• Some physical exertion, such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items, such as shipment or record boxes.
