Role Overview

As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor at Sally Beauty, you will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and provide knowledge and training to support customer service. The role requires building relationships, recommending products, and maintaining a professional store environment.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include recommending additional and complimentary products, informing customers of current promotions and events, setting up advertising displays, and ensuring customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program. You will also complete transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a professional store environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
