Loss Prevention Systems and Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Loss Prevention organization through data, systems, and analytics, transforming complex data into actionable insights to drive measurable reductions in inventory shrink and operational losses.
Requirements
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of Loss Prevention systems, including dashboards, reporting suites, analytical models, alerts, workflows, automations and exception‐based reporting tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, user maintenance, and overall system performance across all LP‐owned platforms.
- Translate complex data and trends into clear, actionable insights for Loss Prevention leadership and other business partners.
- Lead departmental and cross‐functional projects using advanced analytical techniques to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Partner closely with the Loss Prevention field team to refine analytics based on investigative outcomes and emerging shrink or fraud trends.
