Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing role (sales or customer service) where you’ve had to engage, qualify, and move conversations forward
- Active use of AI tools for writing outreach, researching prospects, refining messaging, or analyzing performance
- Comfort with initiating contact with strangers and handling rejection without losing momentum
- Ability to write and speak clearly, adjusting message depending on who you’re talking to
- Organized enough to manage your own pipeline and comfortable working inside CRM systems like HubSpot
