ScalePad is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive meaningful business impact by shaping strategy, influencing cross-functional decisions, and bringing clarity to how we take our products to market.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional experience in SaaS Product Marketing, and customer marketing
- Proven experience with go-to-market (GTM) processes and building effective plans to bring new products and features to market in a B2B SaaS role.
- Experience working on/ owning pricing in a B2B setting and being able to apply critical thinking to how we solve complex pricing scenarios.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on customer insights, market dynamics, and measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications in SaaS products
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new AI developments and translate them into GTM opportunities
- Experience positioning AI-driven products or features in a clear, credible, and differentiated way
- Superior project management and organization skills as well as detail-oriented, and thorough.
- Exceptional time management, interpersonal, communication, decision making, and organization skills are table stakes.
- A track record of navigating ambiguity and turning it into action
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
