Role Overview
The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for preparing proposals based on customer requests for quotes, interpreting customer documents, and ensuring quotations meet company and customer requirements.
What You Will Do
Develop quotes for assigned products, respond to customer calls and emails, review incoming requests, calculate prices and discounts, and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
