Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Operations Manager, based in Wargrave, UK. The Sales and Operations Manager will lead the daily operations, manage storage and services logistics, and oversee the team to ensure quality and efficiency. Responsibilities also include nurturing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring tailored solutions meet client needs. Reporting to the CEO, the role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to lead projects that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Operational skills: Proven experience in operations management, logistics, and workflow optimization.
• Sales expertise: Experience in developing sales strategies, client acquisition, and relationship building within service-oriented businesses.
• Leadership abilities: Strong leadership and team management capabilities to guide and motivate staff effectively.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and solve operational challenges efficiently.
• Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience or knowledge in the education or storage industry is advantageous.
