Job Title
The Lead Marketing Operations Manager at SchoolStatus drives the strategy, implementation, and execution of all marketing operations. This role ensures process efficiency, data & reporting, optimization of the marketing technology stack, and successful cross-functional collaboration between marketing and other departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles, with a proven track record of achieving results.
- Highly analytical mindset with excellent ability to absorb, process, and leverage data.
- Proficiency in data analysis, metrics, and statistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding and mastery of marketing technology tools and platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Customer.io, ChurnZero, Google Analytics, WordPress.
