Revenue Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the primary owner of marketing and sales systems, especially Salesforce and Hubspot. Enable marketing and sales teams on effective technology stack usage.
  • Ensure Salesforce is the single source of truth for go-to-market (marketing, sales, and customer experience) data.
  • Oversee Salesforce integrations with other systems like customer success platform (Gainsight) or data enrichment (ZoomInfo)
  • Generate reports, analysis, and insights to provide go-to-market (marketing, sales, and customer experience) leadership visibility into pipelines, forecasts and KPIs based on Salesforce data.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve scalability, with a focus on enabling growth.
  • Lead and manage projects related to sales systems, data, and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
  • Implement automation to optimize processes and ensure systems integration.
  • Develop, improve, and document marketing & sales processes and programs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years in a Revenue/Sales/Marketing Operations role in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. Understanding of go-to-market models, marketing strategy, sales support, metrics, and growth best practices. At least 2+ years of experience supporting marketing directly.
  • 2+ years as a Salesforce Admin with deep understanding of Salesforce data structure, reporting, and automations.
  • 2+ years experience as Marketing Automation tool administrator (Hubspot preferred, but could also be with Marketo or Pardot)
  • 2+ years providing go-to-market data analysis and insights leveraging tools like Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • 2+ year managing sales and marketing technologies like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Drift, etc.
  • 2+ years managing cross-functional projects (with teams such as marketing, sales, customer experience, finance, and IT)
  • 1+ year managing external system consultants (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Proficient in cultivating a collaborative atmosphere, utilizing strong communication skills to enhance teamwork and project outcomes.
  • Process improvement experience identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
  • Self-starter and team player with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Possess a customer-centric mindset with colleagues, consistently striving to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional service

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification(s)
  • Prior Business Intelligence (BI) platform experience
