Associate Product Marketing Management – MESEA

The Associate Product Marketing Management – MESEA position at Schréder is responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, conducting market research, coordinating product lifecycle activities, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Commercial Engineering, Economics, or Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanical, etc.)
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in product management, product marketing, or technical sales support
• Experience in the lighting or electrical industry is an advantage
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is plus)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work across departments
• Good presentation and communication abilities
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable handling product data
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and project coordination
