Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, order processing, sales operations, or related role managing large data sets for accuracy
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for resolving issues efficiently
- High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Salesforce and commission tools (e.g., Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Spiff) is a plus
- Clear communication skills and a service-oriented approach to internal support
- A process-driven mindset with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement
