The Regional Partner Manager will support our partner program initiatives, identifying, developing, and managing strategic partner relationships to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Requirements
- Win, maintain, and expand relationships with assigned partner organizations and associated partners
- Achieve and exceed MRR goals
- Develop and execute strategic partner program plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Conduct due diligence and evaluate potential partners based on alignment with OTAVA’s goals
- Identify, prioritize and recruit potential partners, including VARs, Technology Partners, and position those relationship in ideal industries, and markets for business development
- Collaborate with partners to design joint business plans and co-marketing initiatives
- Provide training and support to enable partners to sell OTAVA’s cloud solutions and services
- Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
- Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
- Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
