The Head of Awards and Partnerships will provide strategic support on award and partnership management, capacity building, and coordination across the Country Office. The role involves leading the award and partnership management team, building relationships with donors, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. The role requires a strong understanding of operational issues, excellent planning and management skills, and the ability to present complex information in a succinct manner. The role holder will also contribute to the development of a Country Office funding strategy and engage with Save the Children globally to identify strategic fundraising opportunities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
- 10 years of experience in a senior management role, with at least 5 years in an INGO
- Sound knowledge of major institutional donor requirements
- Proven track record of strategic support and contribution to senior management teams
