Your Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations: You support the smooth operation of operational and administrative processes throughout the entire customer lifecycle – from maintaining customer data in our systems to creating sales performance reports to continuously improving our processes
  • Interface Function: In close collaboration with Marketing, Presales, Consulting, and Support, you contribute to effectively supporting and continuously improving sales activities
  • Customer Communication: You are the point of contact for new and existing customers, prepare customer meetings and conduct them – both independently and in close coordination with specialists
  • Contract Management: You prepare contract documents and offers, coordinate their dispatch and execution, and follow up on open offers; you are the first point of contact for contractual or organizational questions

Your Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in sales support, ideally in a software company
  • Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good English language skills
  • Pronounced communication skills and service-oriented thinking
  • Structured, careful work style and high personal responsibility
  • Analytical thinking skills and enjoyment working with data
  • High teamwork ability and enthusiasm for software and AI topics

Advantages
