Your Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations: You support the smooth execution of operational and administrative processes throughout the entire customer lifecycle – from maintaining customer data in our systems to creating sales performance reports and continuously improving our processes
  • Interface Function: Working closely with marketing, presales, consulting, and support, you help effectively support and continuously improve sales activities
  • Customer Communication: You are a contact person for new and existing customers, preparing and conducting customer meetings – both independently and in close coordination with specialists
  • Contract Management: You prepare contract documents and quotes, coordinate their dispatch and signing, and follow up on pending offers; you are the first point of contact for contractual or organizational questions

Required Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in sales operations, ideally in a software company
  • Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Very good German language skills in written and spoken form and good English language skills
  • Pronounced communication skills and service-oriented thinking
  • Structured, careful working style and high personal responsibility
  • Analytical thinking and enjoyment working with data
  • High teamwork ability and enthusiasm for software and AI topics

Advantageous Qualifications

  • Experience in ERP or financial software
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Understanding of software contracts and business models (e.g., licensing and maintenance, SaaS, etc.)
