We are looking for a Customer Experience Analyst to contribute to the overall success of the Customer Experience team in Peru, ensuring that objectives, plans, and specific individual initiatives are carried out or fulfilled in support of business strategies and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, or related fields
- Minimum experience of 1 year in customer experience teams, quality projects, and consulting
- Advanced Excel – Excluding PowerPoint
- Power BI Knowledge required: CX, local market, and financial English Advanced
