Sealy Mattress Middle East seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead retail operations, expand market share, and drive revenue growth across the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive bedding industry expertise to manage retail accounts, lead high-performing sales teams, and elevate the presence of the Sealy brand in premium showrooms and retail partners.

What You Will Do

Drive retail sales targets, develop strategic sales plans, analyze regional market trends, manage relationships with key retail accounts, and optimize product mix and pricing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Proven track record of managing multi-location retail networks or regional dealer accounts in the Middle East
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding commercial sales targets in the luxury or premium home furnishings sector
