Seamless.AI is seeking a talented, proactive, and motivated Senior Sales Operations Analyst who will enable the Account Executive and SDR team to move with speed and deliver results. The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a member of the broader Revenue Operations team and will act as a business partner to VP of Operations, VP of CSM, and our Chief Revenue Office. This person will report to the Sr. RevOps Manager and work closely with other Sales Operations Analysts to prioritize and drive Sales efficiency. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accuracy of sales dashboards and reports, tailoring them for sales leadership
- Analyze data to help drive leadership to improve sales effectiveness and ROI of both SDR and AE teams
- Understand list building, outbound sales, inbound sales, and sales operation cycles
- Reviewing capacity, close rate, and performance of sales team data and in turn their commission and quotas
- Administer all systems used by the sales team, including cross-functional collaboration on systems used throughout the organization (e.g. Salesforce, Salesloft)
- Support the sales department by answering their operational support questions
- Experience with generating commission reports or software (Spiff)
- Manage small-scale sales operations initiatives as a project manager
- Assist in the audit and assessment of sales pipelines and forecasts and redistribution of leads
- Optimize sales processes for increased efficiency and productivity for both inbound/outbound SDR and AE teams

- Proficiency in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Data-driven with strong acumen for calculating and analyzing metrics to turn into decisions
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working through challenges daily
- Energetic team player that excels in working with others to achieve a common goal
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent excel and salesforce reporting skills
Education & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent years of work experience
- 3+ years of experience in sales operation or a related analytical role, with a proven track record of driving results
