Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst – Detroit

We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to support firmwide financial reporting, analysis, and strategic initiatives for a well-established law firm in Detroit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, pivot tables, and complex formulas
• Experience with SQL and business intelligence tools (Tableau or similar)
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to present complex financial information clearly across all levels
• Excellent organization and project management skills
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
• CPA is a plus
