About the Role

Search Solution Group is seeking a high-performing Sales Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced, results-driven team. This role sits at the center of our sales organization, supporting business development, optimizing internal systems, and ensuring consistent execution across all stages of the client engagement process.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and proactive. Someone who thrives on bringing structure to complex workflows, enjoys tracking details, and takes pride in enabling sales success. This individual will serve as a key resource for CRM management, lead tracking, LinkedIn engagement, client coordination, and market research, helping drive efficiency, visibility, and growth across the team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & CRM Operations

  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data, timely follow-ups, and clear visibility into team activity
  • Maintain, audit, and organize records in Bullhorn, HubSpot, and related CRM systems
  • Build and update target lists, lead reports, and email sequences to support outreach efforts
  • Generate and distribute weekly sales performance reports and dashboards
  • Track outreach metrics, client engagement, and placement activity
  • Partner with Client Success and Recruiting teams to ensure alignment on active accounts

Research & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct company, industry, and contact research to identify new business opportunities
  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.io for prospecting and territory mapping
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client data to inform sales strategy
  • Present insights in a clear, actionable format for business development initiatives

LinkedIn & Lead Generation

  • Support outbound lead generation through LinkedIn messaging, content engagement, and email campaigns
  • Build and maintain prospect pipelines within target accounts
  • Assist with drafting outreach messaging, ensuring a professional and personalized approach
  • Track engagement metrics and optimize outreach strategies

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Coordinate meetings with clients, prospects, and internal teams
  • Prepare pre-call materials, including agendas and research briefs
  • Manage post-meeting follow-ups, ensure notes and next steps are documented and communicated
  • Maintain calendars, reminders, and task trackers for key sales activities

Operational Support & Optimization

  • Streamline administrative workflows to improve team efficiency
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members on CRM and internal systems
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reporting accuracy
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and recruiting to ensure consistent communication and data integrity

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, operations, recruiting coordination, or administrative roles (professional services or staffing preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Bullhorn, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ZoomInfo or Apollo.io is a plus
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Must be based in Charlotte, NC and comfortable working in-office full-time
